Akita Station has several second-hand clothing stores near the west exit. There are about 7 stores within walking distance. There are several stores in a slightly distant place on the east side. There are current used clothes from around the 00s, but there are also regular vintage items from the 80s to 90s, such as USA-made sweatshirts, nylon jackets, and Levi's. Most of the prices range from 3,000 to 8,000 yen, and I even found used clothes that were cheaper than the market price.
Ladies' used clothing is also available. Retro dresses are available.

If you go to the back of the building, is there a game center? I found an entrance on the side.
There is an uplifting feeling like a multi-tenant building in Hong Kong. Mainly recycled old clothes. A lot of ladies. They also sell used books and CDs. It's about 100 to 500 yen, so it's cheap anyway.
